It is my pleasure to have Jerry Pybus Electric install a generator system to protect our home should the area be struck by a utility power failure. The Pybus team arrived to measure our property with accurate precision to determine where the system would be placed to insure all components would function with high performance and safety.

Our "forever home" is in a residential area of Panama City. The Pybus team was able to route the generator system in the safest direction from the control panel to the generator, and to the two propane tanks following all distance requirements for the safest operation and performance.

While at our property, the team was very professional and answered all of our questions with breadth of knowledge and depth. Before the end of installation, they set up the exercise timer for the generator to run for five minutes on a day of the week and the time of day that would occur once a month for a system exercise. It has been a pleasure to hear it test itself monthly since the installation!

Jerry Pybus Electric operates with a "family style" of answering all calls with personable care; returning all calls with prompt, professional answers to questions; and employing efficient teams to take care of every customer who has their generator needs. My husband and I are both retired teachers.
